Educational Innovation

In our work in education — both K-12 and higher education — “change” often is seen as a single noun, not a verb.  Many of the organizations we deal with characterize and discuss change as a single event to “get through” to the other side.

This is odd.  Educational organizations often are not designed as “learning organizations,” organizations designed to grow and iterate.

Within this realm, Maremel has created both change processes for educational organizations and reflective learning modules.  We’ve also spoken at a variety of events on changes happening — or not happening — in educational organizations that embrace the potential of connected technologies.
